About Us

"Teaching is a work of heart" at Fairlawn. Most of our students are English learners whose parents work long hours in the local agriculture industry. They are highly supportive of evening events, including Parent Nights, Back-to-School Night, and Open House and are grateful for their children's educational opportunities. Fairlawn reflects a high quality educational environment in which motivated students enthusiastically participate in all activities. There is mutual respect among staff and students. Our dedicated and highly educated staff share leadership and decision-making responsibilities and support the growth of each student. Our school motto is "Choosing to Learn, Determined to Succeed, Making a Difference Together."

Mission Statement
Our mission is to ensure that all students learn by creating a community that focuses on student
learning, by working collaboratively and holding ourselves accountable for results.
